We have extensive experience in insurance related inspections working closely with the Adjuster to determine the extent and cause of damages as well as recommending repairs if needed.  We also work closely with Real Estate Agents to determine structural deficiencies and provide resolutions and subcontractor recommendations if repairs are warranted within strict time frames to expedite real estate closings.
